I just spoke with the infiniti parts department and the front wheels on a 6mt G37 sedan with big brakes are 7.5" wide and are shown to be the same as the ones I have for sale.

Additionally you can go on to the 2012 build function of the infiniti website and look at the specs of a 2012 6MT and it lists these are standard (7.5") for the front wheels.
