It's not like it was in my car being used.
I bought it a few months ago, flashed the ECU, and the unit sat in a desk drawer. I unmarried it the unit (license) from the car last week.

So it was used twice for 2 minutes, once to flash, then once to unflash.

The unit is ready to license another car.

It comes with the PC software CD to update the unit online, and a USB cable, which I just did.
Also a cable to plug into the ALDL connector on the car.

How much of a difference did you see. Is it similar to the cobb tuning port?

Not like Cobb, its basic tune for a stock motor.
The throttle restriction was awesome, a little bit more low end torque.
Had to remove it as I installed CAI, and CBE.

The tune that comes with HT is tweaked for a stock setup.

Once you go CAI and CBE, a custom tune will reap better gains.

I really don't know much about these. Will these get rid of the top speed restriction? Also do you have to detune for emissions? I would imagine that would be pretty easy to do? Are these someting the dealerships would frown on? I guess I really don't understand what they do for a stock car but I am interested.

What does this do for a car with just a RC2 CAI?
