What did you spray on it exactly?
The paint is all coming off and the whole thing is sticky and tacky.
Some of the paint bled to the bubble wrap and packaging.
It looks like the powdercoating is bubbling off like an acid burn...
It's definitely pretty new but it's effed up...

I checked the can and its Rust-Oleum rubber under spray. Its suppose to deaden sound and protect. No issues here. Only thing I can think of is that being wrapped in plastic bubble wrap in the box and heat mad the rubber kinda liquid again . Anyways, I will work this out with you ... Blaine
