M45 wheel content brah
Found some chrome m45's locally, decided to paint them and run em for fun. didnt come out too bad i guess, they maybe for sale in thee futuress. enjois

1.stripped the old paint/clear with aircraft paint stripper with a wire brush and drill.
2.Cleaned and degreased and blown dry with leaf blower
3.Sand entire rim with 80 grit and 600 grit. This didnt turn out to good for me since the chrome was very hard to strip/sand.
4. Prime rim with prime filler from dupicolor.(grey)
5. Paint rim with storm grey met from dupicolor.
6. Clear coat rim 5 coats with engine enamel clear.
Advice: let the rim dry very well between each coats and be patient, dont paint to much without letting it dry.
Im taking the wheels back off today, until my 60 degree taper to 45 degree taper lugnut conversion comes in. I heard its dangerous to run aftermarket lugs on OEM wheels. Back to stock it is till next weeek :/

That hyper silver stuff is bad for your health, lead based basecoat.
Wheels came out nice though!
