ONEighty: Moonlight White G37xS - Shadow Trim'd

We have hundreds of unedited pics we took over the last year, so we're slowly getting to editing them and post them up for you. Those that really stand will get a thread of their own, the rest will be posted in our work log thread found in this section.

Anyway, this is one of my favorite sedans I've worked on. Very subtle, not too over done.

Aside from the matte black and gloss black finish we offer, we also started to offer 2 other trims. In short...

Diamond Black Trim: It's a gloss black finish with specs of metallic, from far it looks like a solid black, up close you can see tiny sparkles, even more so in the sun, resembles Infiniti's midnight black finish on the grilles.

Shadow Trim: Uses an extremely dark shade of metallic gray, from far it looks black, up close you can see that it's gray.

On this sedan, we suggested the customer to go with the Shadow trim.

The rims, taillights, emblems, grille, and headlight housings were all painted Shadow, the rest Moonlight White.

2009 G37xS - Moonlight White
370z Sport Wheels powdercoated Shadow
Eibach Pro-Kit Springs (being replaced w/ H&R for even drop)
Headlight: Shadow housing, MW projector shroud, white LED's
Grille: Shadow, MW emblem
Taillights: Shadow GT-R Style Paint
Emblems: Shadow

Window trim is getting done in Shadow as well.

Looks great, but slammed on H&Rs will be even better!

Why not black out the chrome trim around the doors?

You guys do some really impressive work man! I like the idea of your shadow trim, but I would actually play around with a tad lighter variance. I really like looking at your threads of work you guys have done. Keep it up!

Thanks guys, but the shadow trim is actually lighter in person, especially in the sun. Ill try to get some better pictures in direct sun light comparing it to black and diamond black aswell.

I'm in Jersey, may have to come out and get taillights shadowed. Keeping and eye out for some 370 wheels! Unless you want to sponsor a black sedan!LOL!
