Hello everyone, car went under a few changes as of late but the most noticible is the new front bumper i put on. Having a PG, 95% of us have either the 08 sport or spring for the ipl bumper (except nate, who went complete left field). I on the otherhand have always kinda liked the 2011 sport bumper and have always liked the lower fog look on a car. So instead of going IPL, i went a different route that i haven't seen on here yet, and honestly couldn't be happier so far. Only thing missing is the HID's for the fogs which should be here tuesday or wednesday, but without further ado........

Very clean look Michael. That bumper does look a lot better on PG.

 

Adds some nice aggression to the overall look, I like!

I've been planning on doing this for 2 years now, it just finally came time where i've done everything major to the car already, i finally had the time and found someone selling a 2011 bumper on here so i jumped on it. luckily the bumper i purchased came with the lower grills, i swapped the upper grill from mine. only things i've needed to source are the fog assemblies which i got from amazon, the HID lights from DDMtuning (went this route cuz the the extra wire from the ballsat in this product will allow me to use the stock wire plus this to get to the lower fogs now), and will be purchasing the slim washer tank from orderinfinitiparts in the comming weeks. Right now my roommate rigged up a waterbottle that the pump goes to so i have something to spray the windows incase of an emergency...wish i took a pic of that, it was proof someone used to study engineering and someone is studying to be a surgeon in this house by how nicely it was done too.

Thanks paul, i couldn't have done it without you, the guy you send me to did an incredible job, he matched the paint perfectly (its crazy to see how much my paint has faded from the original paint code). and Ofcourse im like you, i was off work at 11:15pm, home by 11:45, car was in the garage at 11:50 and other than one screw that caused trouble woulda been done sooner but buttoned it up at 1:30 am. this way i got to sleep in a little the next more (i did it more so so i could actually sleep that night knowing it was done) and had something to look forward to when i woke up to truely see how it came out. now that its done and you got the rims on, im ready for some pics bud!

 

Nice work man. The IPL bumper is everywhere and it's getting boring. This bumper would look great with a splitter similar to the old stillen one. I think this bumper the TS and Zele bumpers are the only way to go. Car looks great.

Nice job! This front bumper is beautiful and has the right amount of aggressiveness. The IPL bumper is just over the top, IMO. The IPL doesn't look as nice in every angle, either.

This sport bumper is one of the reasons why I wanted an xS on my '11 G coupe. I'd never give up my sport bumper for an IPL one, like some people do. I want to get the IPL sideskirts, however.
