So I sold my purple nurple GT30's and am currently in the market for a set of rims! My good buddy loaned me these SSR MS1's which are pretty darn aggressive in the rear for me. Should I buy these? Center caps and Camber kits going on tomorrow. Rubbing on bumps at the moment.

Wow your buddy is very generous for letting you borrow his SSR's. Why did you get rid of the RE's? Didn't you just got them powder coated and put on not long ago?
Run a 275/30/20 or 265/30/20 in the rear and you should be golden. The MS1 looks much better than your old set up. but then again I'm bias
Such a beautiful car! Do you think that just going down to a 275 would be okay? or a 65 would be better?

Yea hes a nice guy! Yea I just didn't like the GT's that much. I bought them second hand already painted so its not like I took much of a loss.
Since you're at 10.5+18 I would highly suggest a 255-30 or 35 size tire in the rear.
See that's what I want to do, but since I haven't decided whether or not ill keep these I'm gonna have to work with the 285's and just run some pretty negative camber in the rear I suppose

I had the same wheels before with the exact specs. 285 with -4.5 still won't work.
