if you drop the car you will probably be fine.

Unless it's a 8.5" you won't be fine with +12 offset in the rear

I would say +12 is defiantly aggressive for a G37. Slam it with a stretched tire if you want to run those wheels.

Who's bill and why would he freak out?
And yeah the wheels are 9.5" in the front and 10.5" in the rear. I'm not keeping them on the car, just wanted to see what it looked like since I couldn't find any +12mm offset setups.

So far from what I have seen +20mm in the front and like +25 in the rear seems to be a good setup. Anyone know the perfect "flush" offset?

Perfect offset would depend on your drop, camber, and wheel specs.
For the wheels you have now, the +20 in front and +25 in the back will look good with a decent drop.
It's all about trial and error though.
