i live in irvine

i have a PC w/ green white tangerine and crimson pads, megs 205, and automotive 3m 1500grit haha

just wondering...

what kinda of compound/polish did you use and pads?
i PCed my tails and it started taking of the nightshades so im afraid to machine polish it again

^^^^ Then you went to far, you can't buff out past the clear!! That's why I said you need at least 6 coats of clear,because you wet sand/buff out about 3 coats of clear by the time your done...oh well just start over with more coats.... I used Mequirs' ultra fine compound

This thread is definitely bump-worthy, do you recall what brand of clear coat you used, and how's it holding up, still shiny as day one?
