Painted the cailipers with VHT Cailper paint. I preped them by using brake clean to knock off the dust and anything that may have been on it. Then did a light sanding so the paint would stick and surface was smooth. Then taped it up with masking tape where i didnt want paint and sprayed a couple coat till it looked good. Main key is to get anything off that will cause the paint to fish eye and make sure the outside temp or wherever you doing it the temp is somewhat warm.

Well, I worked on the G some this weekend. Installed a set of Eibach pro-kits, Painted my Stock sport wheels a deep gunmetal, painted calipers red and added brembo decals, and also painted my grill satin black. I think it was a big appearance change for the amount of money spent. I have more performance mods to come just trying to make time to get it ordered and put on. Let me know your opinions

A friend of mine did those for member, TomieG. All I know is that they were painted, not powder coated. But Tomie's a really good guy. Shoot him a PM. I'm sure he'll shed some light on the process. ![Biggthumpup](https://www.myg37.com/forums/images/smilies/biggthumpup.gif)

Honestly i think the oem brakes are fine for everyday stop & go...
combined with some drilled/slotted rotors/pads & stainless steel lines/fluid & you should stop on a dime.
Here are a few more shots:

Made some pictures of closer shots people wanted of the wheels. I TRIED to take the brembo decals of but looks like it was gonna mess up the finish on calipers. So, im gonna leave them on there till i can find other decals and repaint and reason why rotors look rusty is i washed it right before pics. So, guess you guys will have to keep hating. Also, put on the MXP exhaust this weekend. Future projects are smoking out taillights with the tint paint, doing something with that chrome spoiler, Stillen Gen 3 intakes, UR pulley, Berk cat and trying to decide Cobb and get a tune or hypertech.
