Thank You everyone for all the nice compliments. It is great to see people enjoying my car. I am truly loving every minute of it all. This is a great forum and it's awesome to communicate with so many people with the same interests.

I try not to! A lot of the time people spend so much time and energy working to make a car nice just to fix it up for the next guy when its time to sell it. My philosophy, do it in the beginning and get to enjoy it yourself.

I was really lucky to have the time while the car was being built so I could collect all my mods and be ready on day one. I kind of cheated. No car payment for 4 months helped too!!!

I am really loving the sound of the Tanabe. It has a nice low deep growl without any of that obnoxious sound. I was able to get it through one of my customers through work on a special deal so it was a really special low price. The cheapest price I found it otherwise during my search was $712 but they were sold out at the time.

 

No, unfortunately the cops are no easier here in SoCal. I have had Limo tint on my side windows and medium tint on my Windsheild for years and I guess I have just been lucky. Plus I have gotten pretty good at looking out for cops as well.

Wish me luck! I'll knock on wood and cross my fingers that I don't get any tickets any time soon!

 

haha cali cops are all the same, I had limo on my front 2, and i got puller over every other day!!! one of the chp guys ticketed me for 200 but in court last week they dropped it to only 25

 

im loving vossens everytime i see them! and that front is 100x better dropped!
