My car got hit by a driver who...

EDIT: I wasnt in the car and i dont know the status of the driver it was parked at 2:30 am

My car got hit by a driver who...Fell asleep last night in Sherman Oaks....
Just saw it at the towyard here's some pics

I have their info and police left a card with their number and insurance. What's my next steps?

I called my insurance company and they said well have your agent call you on Monday..do I call theirs right now??

I don't know much but it looks totaled to me? You actually think they would fix this??

I personally would not want it back. If you where to have to sell it after it got fixed you would loss everything

Fix it?! I HOPE NOT!

I wouldn't want it back, even if the repair goes well. Car will never be the same.

Hope they make it a total loss and get yourself a new car to begin with.
Don't know if you can get your money back for the mods though.

Car was nice though...
Were those wheels really 22"?

Yeh I hope so too. I don't want it fixed yeh they were 22"s. The front rim was broken in half

holy crap that sucks. pretty sure the car will be totaled. hit at an angle like that, the frame is hella warped.

you'll have to wait on your agent to get estimates but dont settle. also i dont know how your insurance is about aftermarket parts but oem parts arent cheap so you might be better off going that way. keep us updated.

Ouch that just hurts to look at, looks like there's some frame damage too, glad you weren't in the car.

Insurance might just total it
