im not drilling into my bumper for a piece of plastic sorry. i heard the thump thump and guessed what it was so didnt really slow down. still sad though

my front bumper is already chipped to hell from the track so ya. not sure, if i buy something it will be purely functional.

apr cf splitter with turnbuckles ya?

update: looks it sheared the bolts WITH washers right through my bumper lol. go stillen?

Just recapping.. so you bypassed the instructions of the installation of the front splitter which came with SS turnbuckles because you didn't want to drill into the bumper, and are upset that the splitter came loose at 145mph?

This is a functional aero piece, designed to increase the downforce of the vehicle, which it obviously was successful in doing. At extreme speeds, the downforce created is significant, bringing the nose of the vehicle down, improving the performance.

wow josh. way to not take a joke. ive run the splitter at 6 track days and NUMEROUS 140+ runs and its lasted almost a full year. i am impressed that it held up this long.

the only thing im upset about is that its gone because i really liked the look of it on my car. cant we just hug it out?
