My New Wheels, Put On The Old Fashioned Way

First off I'd like to thank VONYC for being kind enough to sell me his latest wheels, my personal favs the Vossen 085's with black lip and pinstripe. Brought the wheels home, thanks to my wife and brother in law for driving 40 miles each way with two wheels in each of their rides. I got home, went and bought some new wheel locks, and decided to put them on the old fashioned way, with my own jack and tire iron, and the help of my brother in law, screw going to the shop. I decided I would try to sneak this post in while SOLISIMO is sleeping and away from the forums, because I know I'm going to hear it when he gets a hold of it, we all know how much he loves Vossen wheels, LOL!!
And to everyone else, please don't flame me to "drop it" and "it needs a drop", I already know, but I wanted to show u all my 4x4 fx35 look before I get my S-Techs from SOFLOG37, LOL!!

Got opportunity to clean my calipers

My favorite pic, the 305 big boy on the left with the 245 stocker on the right, LOL!

That's what I thought until most of my friends that I talked to asked where and when I was going to get them put on, and then said I was nuts to take the time and effort to do them myself, "just bring them to a shop to get it done" LOL!

Ssshhh, yeah, that's actually exactly what I'm saying, LOL! One is so lazy he hasn't even taken the time to sign up for an account on here, he's been putting it off for over a year now, so forget about putting on wheels himself, hahaha. I really couldn't believe that they were so shocked that I was going to do this at home. I haven't spent a dime on any labor for any aftermarket mods that I've done yet, and I'm not even remotely "mechanically inclined." I am saving money inclined though, LOL!

LAZY! I don't like any shop touching my wheels or lugs. They damage the wheels or strip the lugs so I do everything myself.

I take my wheels off and put them on like 20 times in one day last week every day so thats like 7x20 taking off

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing when I looked at the pics after, LOL! I used them when I put my magnaflow system in, but didn't think I would need them just swapping wheels, where I wasn't going under the car, but after seeing these pics, I see that not using them was def a big risk!
