Post Pics Of Your Powder Coated Stock Wheels

Hey guys,

So I've decided to powder coat my stockies, but need your help deciding between gun-metal or black, glossy or matte and if to leave the center caps/lug nuts alone or have them colored as well. I've seen the center caps/lug nuts left stock on some member's rides and at the moment I'm leaning towards going in that direction.
Like the title says, please post pics of your powder coated wheels -and if possible, from the side. That will help me tons! I am in Miami so if you know of a reputable shop with good prices please do tell. Also, I have a VR so your suggestions on color will be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Danny

Leave them stock pls. I've never been a fan of painted stock wheels.

Yea, well, I would love to go aftermarket but, unfortunately, I don't have the money for that right now. I'm going for the poor man's aftermarket wheels solution. And besides, I happen to like the powder coated stocks. To each their own I guess...

You have a point there. Especially since winter is so dang harsh down here in Miami with a constant 75 degrees!

Kidcane,

Never seen those & they are VERY nice! Unfortunately, I've never been a fan of the red & bronze combo. Just not my style, but they look sweet nonetheless.

Lol, that's what i've heard.. In that case i would go aftermarket and sell your stockies..

You have a VR so i think black will be the most popular option, maybe black with time attack red, something along those lines..

No i'm just rambling, GL man.. Sorry i don't have a pics for ya

Thanks but no I have not put them on yet. Still just sitting in my garage. Waiting for my tires on my Mayas to wear down then I will put these on for a while and then........

And yeah I am not a big fan of bronze and red either. Just black or white with bronze.

I think it's just stupid to replace your wheels when you pay for the S option and get lovely OEM 19s but to each his own I guess

Here's a pic of my powdercoated wheels..

G37Sam,
Are those matte or glossy? Kinda hard to tell. Your ride looks sweet with your wheels & matching grille!

For VR, I would say either gunmetal or black with TA stripe.
