anyways, i like my sheesha with ice and 3 medium size natural coals towards the edges. for flavor, two apples (wtvr its called in english lol) + mint is probably best. mint gives any flavor a cool taste. Oh and it's best not to fully lock the valve, keep it at least 1/2 turn open.
