can this be buffed out?

some jack$%! backed into me while i was parked getting a slice of pizza. of course nothing happened to his ford fusion. anyway, got an estimate for $1,000 to repair. it could have been alot worse i guess, just needs a new rear bumper.

1,000$ seems like alot, even if they replace the bumper I dont think it should be that high.

Pop it back out, and if the paint is cracked or creased, you should be able to get it repainted, my front bumper repaint was only $475.
