Btw.. don't the hydroshields restrict flow?

are those hydroshields? I thought it was just to isolate air and direct it towards the filter..hmm

you're talking about the heat shields.. im talking about the hydroshileds.. lower left side of the flyer check it again

I don't believe they are hydroshields, Those heat sheilds are made to minimize heat soak, hot air from the engine. Same concept from the JWT.

I like the fact that these come with non oiled filters. I will keep everyone posted on release date and group buy, but the last i heard, its going to be around late January for release date

As for the exhaust, its a few months away according to injen

Oh my bad..lol

Thats an option, not included with the short ram nor the COLD AIR. It will help if your area rains alot but it shouldn't restrict airflow enough to make a difference.

gmlee86 drove from new mexico to california in the rain, 10 hour drive and he said it rained the whole way back, came to my shop for oil change and we checked the filter on his CAI out of curiousity and filters were dry. I was surprised.

would the exclusion of a long polished tube make a difference as suppose to the stock rubber tube?
