Yeah I'm trying to figure out how to cut it out perfectly with an xacto. I know that if I screw it up I'll be pissed cause I'm a perfectionist.

Looks awesome jweb. I'm about to tackle the overlay myself. Can you give me any pointers besides using soap water and dryer?

I'm going to try to man! They quoted me $135 is that about right? I just had a bad experience with them with my brother's car. They scratched up his bumper and didn't take the fault for it when I know for a fact it wasn't there before. That's why I'm a little hesitant to take my car there.

The G37 overlays are pretty straight forward. Just make sure you get the flat surfaces first and don't be scared to heat and stretch it so there's no red areas showing. The only parts that look "bad" up close are where the tail light bends. It's kind of textured right now, but lamin-x says that all the imperfections and "textured" feeling parts will go away with time, since the vinyl is some sort of PVC breathable material. I hope they go away, but I'm sure they will because my mazda had the same problem and it went away after a couple of weeks. It also helps to have another person helping you.
