you should exercise until you are 2% fat, that'd lose a lot of weight wouldn't it?

just do a lot of cardio, don't lift weights... you can't gain that much weight from super cardio...

Yeah, but if you don't gain muscle and just lose the fat, you'll be essentially dropping weight, which is what he was implying. But thats if you want to be technical.
