Does this place allow dogs? I've seen the lake from Fort Funston, but never been there.

Just got a call from my brother I completely forgot my niece is having her 5th bday party on Saturday afternoon, if I was closer I could go for a bit then drive to the party but I'm too far! This sucks really wanted to go, hopefully we set something up in nor cal again soon.
