new car problems

hi guys, my family recently picked up a 09 g37 sedan about 2 months ago. i finally got a chance to drive it this past weekend, and needless to say, i am not happy with it. the car doesnt drive right, when im on the freeway the car constantly jerks. when i let my foot off the gas it jerks, when step on the gas it jerks, when i step on the brakes it jerks when im off the brakes it jerks. even when im just letting the car roll, no brakes or gas, it still jerks! i asked my mom if she's noticed this and if it wasnt just me,since shes the only one that really drives it. she said that the car has been like that from when she first bought it.
as of right now the car has 1400 miles, what do u think could be the issue? i'm hesitant on taking it back into the dealership right now.

Premium fuel right? If it is, then something isn't right.

Why are you hesitant to take it back to the dealer?

New cars come with with a warranty for a reason. Take it to a dealer and have them check it out as soon as possible. Why risk causing damage to your mom's car?
