IF YOU MADE IT INTO THE SHOW - CONGRATS!
READ ALL INFO CAREFULLY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SPOT(S)!
Read "AND" Understand these important steps and process to insure your spot in WEKFEST 2010
1. Please take the payment deadline seriously! We will delete you for NON & LATE PAYMENTS!
2. If you are the sole contact person that signed up YOUR CREW or GROUP, it is your responsibility to communicate all payment and show info to YOUR registered cars.
3. There is NO substituting, trading, switching of cars and/or spots! PERIOD. For example, If only 3 cars got selected to be in the show out of the 5-10 cars you submitted, those Wekfest screened cars must be the only car(s) registered for Wekfest 2010. If another car(s) is attempted to showcase that is not on our list, those cars will NOT be permitted into the garage AND your crew/group will be deleted from the show! There is a HUGE penalty for you and your crew if you attempt to trade/swap/switch/sub a different car from the original list. Please do NOT try it! Your crew/group will be asked to leave WITH NO REFUND and not be allowed participate in future WEKSOS events. Do not break our rules!
4. Payment must be received via PAYPAL only. $30 PER VEHICLE paid as a " PERSONAL GIFT"
5. Paypal address for payment = junior@weaksauce.org
6. Comment section must be complete and 100% accurate.

7. Grouping, check-in & staging info will be posted 2 weeks before the show on sfwekfest.com
8. Print and save your PAYPAL receipt - it will be one of your receipts to get into the garage!
Once we receive your payment(s), Weksos will review and match EVERY SINGLE car to the approved list for the show. Once your payment and vehicle information is matched and cleared, we will accept payment and you are officially in the show. Any incorrect, missing information and/or incomplete payments will be denied payment and you will be removed from the list and the show.
DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND CORRECTLY. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO INSURE YOUR SPACE(S).
The List will be posted after 6pm 01/07/10
It will listed by crew name, if you did not enter a crew name, scroll down to the bottom of the list.
