I like Kettle Chips, and BBQ Fritos, and Cheetos. But that's just me.
I'm half your age and am no where close to a mid-life crisis so CLEARLY you're speaking for yourself

All the snacks mentioned above are perfect. I'd toss in Sun Chips, maybe some ruffles and dip, and even more kettle chips, because they're just dang addicting. Especially when they're home cooked!

HA it's no biggie, I was just trying to pick on Chris and Kirk a bit.

I think three bottles per person should be sufficient. If anyone plans on drinking more than that, maybe bring a few of your own.

So three cases? Maybe that's too much - I just drink a lot of water lol.
Yea so if anyone see's Conner with wheels in his rear seats, don't panic

As for the water, I will bring 3 cases of poland spring 24 pack just in case (1 pack for Conner haha), that is unless John has a certain water brand?

Since you're asking... I'm partial to S. Pellegrino mineral water.

I can bring the chips. I'll try to get my brother to bring some chips from Louisiana that are really good, then I can also bring some of the standard cookout chips.

Dammit, there goes a minor contribution I could have made. I'll grab some BBQ sauces from down here at least.

I'll bring a few bottles as my picnic contribution. It's on the list.

I think we need someone to step up with more hots and hamburgers. (White hots, Italian sausage, cheese, rolls, etc.)
John isn't Rochester the capital for white hots?? I have a place in San Francisco and Milwaukee I order brats and some other stuff from. I could have something shipped to someone more local if they wouldn't mind bringing it from there? I can also grab dogs and burgers from a local grocery store on the day of. There is also the PA delicacy of scrapple though that would be hard to BBQ. Generally corn and tomatoes are pretty good from local suppliers, early in the season though.

I'll try and go through the list later tonight or tomorrow to nail down my contribution.

Fair warning, I'm generally fairly well heeled and will assist. I will also bring some shovels and lime just in case.

Yep. You're probably thinking of Zweigle's White Hots. I can bring those.

Hot Dogs, Sausage, and Specialty Meat Products | Zweigle's | Rochester NY

I've updated the contact list just now.

Still need rolls & buns for these things. Anybody?

Do you all want a vegetable platter that I could try to pick up from a local grocery. Just let me know, I'd rather not be eating carrots, celery, and others vegetables on my drive home if no one wants them.

Could be considered your detox along the way home. Haha. I wouldn't mind a veggie platter. I feel like we're going to have left-overs to take home after this meet-up.

Bananas and Apples seems an easier thing to walk around with. But you're already tagged for bagged snacks. Let's force fruits and veggies on someone else. Take a look at the list and see who else can step up.

How about aktif8?
