Yeah Infiniti gods are definately not happy with you. The fact they lied to your face though is unbelievable and unforgivable. They need to be comping you for something. Any inspection includes opening the hood, how else can you feel for paint breaks of a respray from an accident. Places like this give us a bad name as a dealership.

ANMVQ I'll get that Porsche shipped out to you lol

Take my crused car and my 01 S4

So the dealer actual said they are at fault and are repairing and paiting the CF hood and then are delievering the hood to me next week they said,. But so far good.

Still doesnt take them off the hook for lying to me and putting through that crap when I was there. But at least its going in the right direction .

my apologies about your awful experience with Herb Chambers, I'm on my 3rd Infiniti, 2nd one from Herb off Comm Ave. in Boston and have had a fantastic experience with them, perhaps because I deal directly with the GM (James Bulger) in my negotiations.

Hopefully you are able to resolve your issue and I would def. keep pressing for those tapes and perhaps even get a lawyer to show you are serious about it and I know for a fact those tapes will reveal what happened. If they are so sure about not having touched your hood, they would show you the tapes instantly. Something doesn't add up and they are def. hiding the truth...

Take a short and pleasant ride to Infiniti of Nashua. I found that they treat your car and YOU with respect. Impeccable, prompt, and caring service.

bought my first 2007 G35 Coupe from them and they treated me like dirt (because I was 21 at the time). I got no respect from them nor their finance manager and general manager. They would fling their pen at me when I had to sign papers and give me smirky remarks about my age. Their service personnel ruined my 19 inch wheels when mounting new tires and wouldn't take the blame for it so I had to pay out of pocket once lease ended for scratched wheels. Never went back to them and gave them the worst survey.

Sorry to hear that you had such a horrible experience in Nashua. I've seen nothing but the "good" over there. Maybe I've just interacted with some better folks on their good days.
