it is most likely at a town or village hall so just contact the attorney in that court house and speak with them.

plead not guilty and go to the court hearing the trooper should be there and you usually can talk to trooper and go before the judge and get it reduced to a non moving violation. that would just be a fine with no points.

I would but that's a 5+ hr drive and with that time I could make more at work. Hired a lawyer to go to court for me. If they reduce any points from the 6 I automatically save $300 from fines so it pays for itself.

I live in NY and have had several speeding tickets here and in MA. I think your lawyer will likely get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation. You will pay a decent fine but well worth it.

I just got word from the lawyer I hired. 88 in a 65 with 6 points was reduced to 3 points and 75/65. Lawyer was $300 and the total fine was $235. Furthermore, you can take an online class for $40 to eliminate all the points. All in all this whole experience was a hassel and ended up costing a fair amount of money... Going to definitely try to be less lead footed when I drive.

Go for the traffic school.. Better to have an equipment violation or have it thrown out altogether than any points in the long run. I had to attend a physical class with other delinquents to satisfy the requirement. No online classes permitted.

$300 seems ALOT for the lawyer. IIRC mine charged $135 or $150.

Eh.. It's all a money making racket, nothing more.
