For the MDer, below are the checkpoints for the caravan to the Richmond meet.
MD1: 9:00am - [IKEA/College Park] Turn into IKEA at the Buffalo Wild Wings, meet at the parking lot immediately on your left (you'll have to do a loop-back at the circle)
MD2: 9:45am - [Montgomery Mall] Macy's parking lot next to the Shell gas station
VA1: 10:30am - [Springfield Mall] Target parking lot
VA2: 1:00pm - [Quaker Steak & Lube]

afraid of not being able to keep up with the few cars doing high speed? haha..jk. I factored in a small cushion to 'wait'. This is why the time i listed is the departure time rather than the meet-up time. I think there will be only a handful of MDer going down, so we'd likely be at springfield timely and plan to leave on-time bc i'm sure we'll hit traffic.

OK, since there's been a lot of chatter about it, I figured we should get this rolling on the sign-up in order to ballpark the number of space we'd need to request for each event. I will periodically update this post with new listing.
My idea is to try to get a row for us to park, plant 1-2 tents in the middle and have our cars line up on both side. Tent, food, pre-meets sign-up will be posted separately on an as needed basis. To avoid confusion, please DO NOT create any additional sign-up!
We need an accurate head count bc I believe CPT requires prepayment to reserve spots (which may be very limited bc of the smaller facility this time). DO NOT add yourself if you're a 'maybe' or 'if i don't have work' or 'need to ask the wife'..too bad so sad..i don't care!
Please try not to clutter this thread with random stuff/comments. If your random post(s) gets deleted, don't be offended, just trying to keep this thread clean and to the point. If you got any questions concerns or if I got any of the dates/info wrong, PM me and I will update.

Food will be served by the Baysox stadium staff. It will be typical grill food (burgers/hotdogs).

$80 for 2 - 3 baseline pulls w/ A/F and printout. FWD or RWD only
If you are interested in dynoing your car, please send an email to collegeparktuning@gmail.com or follow this Dyno Signup. We are trying to have people pre-register for the dyno.
Reserving Space
The people have spoken and if you want to reserve space for your club or group you need to contact us ASAP and give us an accurate head count by April 22nd. We require the entrance fee of $3 per car paid in advance when reserving spaces, but we ensure that clubs get a set amount of spaces together and we will give those clubs priority admittance.
Basic Rules
1. Be respectful of other peoples cars. Please do not touch a persons car without their consent
2. No alcohol
3. No scandalous attire (this is a family event)
4. Chairs are permitted everywhere but no taking up parking spaces with them
5. No saving spaces (group or forum contacts us before hand at collegeparktuning@gmail.com if you would like to organize rolling in as a group and have a select number of spots reserved)
6. No burnouts or anything stupid. Police will be at the event and cameras are rolling 24/7 at Bowie
If any shops want to sponsor this event and have space just email us @ Collegeparktuning@gmail.com
