i want to put out a suggestion. what do you guys think of seacliff beach in Capitola. They have several BBQ pits and for those who surf and what not, the waves are pretty chilll out there.

oh yeah and i feel the sooner the better. it's getting ****ing colder and colder, not to mention snowboard season opens up the week b4 the 20th and thanksgiving the weekend of the 27th. i'm sure alot of people will be gone then, or out with families..

Actually, how far is Capitola from Santa Cruz? The wife and I have been to the Shadowbrook Restaurant a few times on our way to Carmel.

only downside is since it's a state beach, there is a charge for parking. $5 i think

Wonderful! We're getting some good interest for this Santa Cruz run. The poll will close next Friday Morning. I trust there will not be a tie on the date for the run. In the event that there is a tie, I will cast the deciding vote, since I am available on all 3 dates.
