Oakland Carjacking lastnight
Was watching the news this morning. there's news about an Oakland carjacking at 54th and Genoa. The car was a silver G35Coupe which was crashed a little later. Hope it was not someone on the board...

yah i saw that on the news too. looks like it was a stock non-prem w/17's.
i wonder if it was lo-jacked and that's how OPD found the car so quickly?
think the lady will get another g35 after that?
and here i am bi**ing about a rear bumper scratch and a new door ding...dang it...hate finding them after you clean the car...been so foggy around here haven't bothered washing and then wham.
how many dings, dents, or scratches do you have on your G?
I have one knick on the hood...looks like a beauty mark, new one on the driver's door paint wasn't scratched so dentpro again, rim scratch right rear wheel, and 2 bumper scratches rear...GEESH...try to keep the car prestine but people just don't care when they park near you...time for DENT DAY!

yep that's how it goes.
people are just haters.
even when people drive by and they go skyline or whatever...i look at what they're driving and it's usually a young person in a beat up civic or acura...i don't acknowledge...i just ignore them and look at what they're driving and go hmmmm they should be talking...

C'mon man, a nice G35 driving around Oakland? That sticks out like a turd in the punchbowl.
thats oakland for you.
Amazing how you both can generalize an entire city and it's population. I hope the next time you drive through Oakland (just before you instinctively lock your doors and roll your windows up, since you're so terrified of "the natives") you BOTH get thrown in the trunk of your own cars.

Let's be frank here... OAKLAND SUCKS! It really does!...what's there to like?
Everyone I know, all my relatives and friends that have been mugged, it's been predominantly in Oakland...and even my uncle's coworker was murdered.
