the phone is in mint condition, not a scratch or scuff. it has always been in a protecitve case and has had a screen protector on since day 1. it comes with a charger and apple earphones (brand new/never used) the going rate on ebay for a used 16 gig 3g iphone in average condition is $300. the apple site no longer sells 16gig 3g phones (8gig only). i'm selling it for $200 (plus 3% paypal and shipping) . i'll post pics and/or arrange to see the condition of the phone in person upon request.

sorry guys, yeah, it's gone. i got jerked around by some guy on driver for a few days, so i listed it on ebay and sold it for $350 and change.
