Valve body/TCM replacement on 2013 G37x sedan vs RWD

I'm trying to replace the Valve body with TCM on my 2013 G37x sedan due to a p0720 error code. I've seen tutorials on here and youtube on how to do the job, but they are all doing it on a RWD g37. I'm wondering if the job is the same on an AWD g37x. I've heard bad things about remanufactured TCMs so i'm looking to swap one out from a junk car, but I'm not sure if it must be from a G37x or if a TCM from a RWD model would suffice.
