Disable Exit/Entry System

Disable Exit/Entry System
Hey everyone,
Just bought my G one week ago. Loving the car so far. One thing I can't figure out is how to turn off the exit/entry system. Every time I get into the car, the seat reclines backward. I understand that's to make it easier to get in but it's not something I need. I like the memory seat function and want to keep using that, and I know all I have to do is hit the "1" button to reset, but it's mildly annoying to have to do it each time.
Read up on how to disable it in the manual. Tried holding down the "Set" button and the lights did flash but the entry function still happens whenever I unlock the car. The manual also said I could turn this off in settings but curiously, the disable function doesn't come up in my list of settings under "Comfort." So maybe I can't disable this at all? Just a little confused as to what I'm missing. It's a 2013 G with the navigation package, if that matters.
Any help would be appreciated.

2. It looks to be missing. I don't see it listed under the Comfort settings. It's not grayed out.

Unusual to say the least. Unfortunately, if the switch method does not work and there is no option under the Comfort settings menu, I am not 100% certain what else can be done.
With Key OFF/Engine OFF, you can try pulling the #10 fuse (left driver footwell) for a few minutes. This will reset the ADP and driver seat modules. In theory, this should disable the Entry/Exit feature unless you turn it back on with either the SET switch or the driver door switch. Outside of that, I am out of ideas...

The only thing I was thinking was to hit the button that said reset all settings to factory. The default setting for this feature is to have it disabled, right? So I suppose doing that should stop it, though I'd have to go in and reset al the other settings too.
And thank you for your help and quick replies.

DO NOT RESET ANYTHING RELATED TO THE AV HEADUNIT.
Do not reset the headunit. Doing so risks losing your configuration thereby requiring a trip to the dealer to have reconfigured.
Never hurts to scroll through the different menus, it might be listed somewhere else, just do not reset!

I may stop by my local dealer and see if they know how to change it.
