AE's are rare birds, welcome to the forum! My G37xS is a pseudo AE with the Graphite Shadow + LE Monaco Red Seats. The exterior of your car is mint, but man that interior makes me sad. But watching @BULL s progress thread, I'm sure you can bring this one back to life!

Yes they are rare. I love this one, couldn’t pass it up for the price. I bought it from a guy I work with and only paid $3,500 for it. That price with 160,000 miles was an outstanding offer. Yes the exterior looks decent it also needs some touch up but that interior drives me crazy every time I see it. I’m going to be starting a build thread soon. Y’all will get to see the progress that I make as it goes along. Got some vinyl to wrap the interior trim, also going to try to wrap the rear spoiler, and I’m doing the chrome delete vinyl. We will see how it goes with the interior trim if I don’t like it I may end up just painting it.

That's amazing. I spent about 5k into my rebuild with car included.
I did however buy a WHOLE OEM front end, did my entire Timing Chain service, another transmission, a rack, re did the whole brakes, blah blah.

The guy I bought it from had just had all the timing chain serviced a few months back. That’s one of the main reasons I jumped at the opportunity to buy the car. I know that is a pain in the butt job in that these cars are known for having problems in that area. With that just being done he paid several thousand to do that. I couldn’t pass it up. But even with my price sounds like you made out better all the way around by doing all the work yourself. And you know your car inside and out which is always a good thingBut even with my price sounds like you made out better all the way around by doing all the work yourself. I have been doing a similar thing to the past couple of cars I've owned. All start with the intention of making it reliable for south Florida traffic and end up having engine work, transmission, Power steering system for the 4was(**** this sucked), Etc.
Ended up letting me visually dismantle the car, expose the weak points etc.

I guess you and a few others can attest to the amazing handling this car has. If you can upgrade to light(factory weight) 19in wheels do it.
