G35/G37 power steering and packages

G35/G37 power steering and packages
I need some clearing up because my power steering rack and pinion went out and all the ones i see to buy are for the ones w/o rear active steer. I have no idea if my car has that its a v36 g35 SPORT i dont know if the spott adds that or changes up any of the power steering compenents i need help on which rack to buy my vin is JNKBV61E97M726108 lol im annoyed and can seem to find any real info
