Hi I'm new to owning a Infiniti g37 sedan 2013 journey i got it out the dealer with 45 and something miles but now it has 46421 that I've put in I just wanted to know how often is ideal to oil change and car maintenance and what kind of oil should I use? I'm also interested in a exchuast system I'm looking for something with a deep sound and looks nice any suggestions would help

I'd just go by the regular service schedule in your owners manual.
I run 5w30 Pennzoil Platinum full Synthetic w/ oversized 4.5/5.6 liter Infiniti/Nissan V8 filter (I currently use Wix filters). I change my oil every 6k miles. If you run regular non synthetic oil I'd change every 3500 and full synthetic every 6-7k miles. As far as which oil brand, ask 10 people here and you'll probably get almost 10 different answers

Check the Sedan exhaust "sticky" thread in the upper section of the Sedan folder for most aftermarket setups.
