Good idea?

Hello guys need some opinions, just bought a 08 g37s coupe 6MT and want to start modding soon. Ive been reading on here that the G37s engines come highly tuned from the factory so are there any parts that can i buy to squeeze a little more hp out of it and also i was reading everyones top 3 favorite mods and a lot of people were talking about suspension, i was looking at sway bars. Last thing, do i need to buy all of the exhaust parts at the same time or can i buy one at a time? with that what exhaust part gives the best gain and doesnt have a obnoxious ricer tone. THANKS!

Here's a lot of good info from the newbie corner

https://www.myg37.com/forums/newbie-...read-this.html

With all of my bolt ons + tune combined I got about 40 more whp. You can buy exhaust parts separately or all together. What sounds good or not is based on the person. Using the search button up top will help you out a lot.

if this is your first rwd.. over 300hp car..
my suggestion would be to drive the thing first.. hit a local autocross.. learn the car..
then go for more power later.. handling is the best mod for any car off the bat..imo

Yep, tires & sway bars, then work down the list as your budget allows.
