Just joined the G coupe club!
Hey everybody!
My name is Josh, and I have recently bought a 2008 G37S coupe. It's Platinum Graphite with the stone interior. From the looks of it the previous owner did a couple of things to it including the headlights, tint, smoked tails, K&N drop in filters, and possibly a mild drop from the looks of it. So far I have just done some debadging on the trunk and put in LEDs for the map and license plate lights, but I have more in store for it.
I'm coming into the G family from a 2005 Mercedes C230 Kompressor, and a 2005 Evo VIII prior to that. I missed the power of the Evo, but also wanted the luxury of the Benz. The G37 seemed to be a good balance between the two, and the looks are gorgeous!
Anyway, just stopping by to say "hi" and introduce myself. I have been lurking on the forums for several months now while I have reading up on these cars, so hopefully I won't have many noob questions.
Also, what good is an intro thread without pics!

Great looking car, I own her twin sister. You have had some nice rides, but I'm sure you will find the G a satisfying replacement. I haven't done much to my car, other than FI R HFC's on the performance side. The car is a great cruiser and likes to let it all hang out when you want to explore some curvy back roads.

Completely off topic but does anyone know where I can find the My Garage area I'm looking for the list of mods that I did to my car and future mods I wanted to do. Just can't seem to find it on the site anywhere. I'm still a noob with this site.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'm still on the fence about doing a build page, as I don't think I'll do a whole lot to her -- at least no where near what I did with the Evo. That may change though, as I have always had a hard time keeping anything stock.

I did a couple of small aesthetic mods this morning during some down time at work... I like the look of the clear lenses and the red button.
I'll also be picking up an R2C intake, OEM spoiler, and Beluga/Manzo/M2/Tanabe knockoff axle back when I get paid tomorrow.
