My cousin told me he got a brand new Megan test pipe (Catless ??) and I was searching it up but really didn't find much so can some one explain to me what that is and how should I install it on my g37x that's stock ??

 

It replaces your catalytic converter w/ a straight pipe, this is illegal in states that have emission inspections and will result in a strong gas odor from the tail pipe. It may also throw a check engine code if the O2 sensors are too close to the exhaust gasses. Will also add rasp and amplify drone to your exhaust note. It will give you a mild horsepower gain though.

 

So it's would do a lot of bad than good ? Or should I just get a Belgua or manzo axle cause my cousins brought the Megan test pipe for 140-180 and she selling it to me for $80

 

Axle backs with stock cats is better in sound than test pipes with oem muffler..
