Prospective G coupe owner

What's up guys? For over a year now I've been lusting over G37 coupes and the time is finally coming that I'll be able to make the investment. I went out and test drove a 2011 G37X coupe with the 7 speed auto today and I'm honestly in love with it. But I want someone to be honest here and give me their perspective of the G. The good, bad, and ugly. I'm the kind of person who likes knowing what I'm getting myself into so I wanna know if there's anything I may not know about it that you guys know due to driving the car everyday, working on them and knowing them so well, whether these things be good or bad. All input is appreciated.

Welcome to the site.
Nothing really to complain about, the 7AT can be a bit quirky w/ slow deceleration and a bit of lag at times when you stomp on it. I don't really have any issues w/ it for the most part.
I'd consider a RWD unless you absolutely need AWD, and if that's the case you might look at the X coupe w/ the S (Sport) package. It's got the bigger wheels, nice Akebono big brakes and some other worthy add ons.
Enjoy your search and I think you'll be happy w/ the G.

Yeah I was more looking at that one because it was at a dealer nearby and I wanted to get a feel for the car. I also checked out an IPL yesterday. But ultimately I do want a Sport, it just comes down to what's available at a decent price. But thank you and I really forward to buying one and officially joining the community haha
