Oracle Halo headlights DO NOT BUY
I didn't do much research before purchasing this headlight mod. I have spent hours reviewing this forum for intake, exhause, cat, FI mods, etc. I thought these halos would be relatively easy to install after watching AAC's video. I was so wrong. Up until now I have only been reading, but decided to make an account to hopefully prevent anybody else from making the same mistake I did. This is the email I sent AAC, to help you get an idea. After looking around on YELP, yellow pages, yahoo, etc, I have found similar results from upset people. I feel like I need to buy brand new headlight housings due to mine being in such poor shape after the install. It saddens me, as I just bought this car a couple weeks ago and have already purchased thousands in mods. Anyway, here it is:
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product I received from AAC. This has been the worst product I have ever purchased for a vehicle. I received my white plasma halos in a wadded up mess inside a box. The package did not even come with the adhesive needed to secure the halos to the headlight housing. The adhesive that was recommended (after confirming on phone) was absolutely terrible, and after I sealed my headlight housing back up, the halos fell off AFTER my headlights were put back on my vehicle. I had to bake my headlights twice, which is a terrible idea to begin with due to the warped plastic I have now. I followed the instructions to the T and my headlights look absolutely horrible. The "brightest light we offer" is barely a dull glow and can only be seen in pitch black darkness. I cannot tell if the lights are even on if I am inside my vehicle looking out at night. It looks like a poorly crafted glow stick. The quality of the halos is so poor, it looks like a child crafted it. It has a green hue to it where the material is used to bond the tiny LED's together. The wire that attaches to the halo can be clearly seen when you look at my light. I even got shipped the WRONG set of lights, but after spending the 6 hours to bake and separate my lights, had no choice but to use it, due to the fear of having to bake my headlights multiple times. I received two of the same half moon shaped halos, which caused the wires to line up on different portions of the light, also making the light look like garbage. When I initially tried to contact the tech department, I got hung up on twice! The third time, I got a lady who seemed annoyed to be speaking with me, and wasn't knowledgeable at all with my type of vehicle install. I should have done some research before buying this product for $200, because every review online has had the same result as myself. I can't even take the halos off my car and return them because I will have to re-bake my headlights and cause even more damage. I want a refund for this product in full, and I will be taking every step necessary to post on every forum, review board, and business practice website to make sure nobody makes the same mistake I do. I am so frustrated with this product I can't even comprehend it. Worst experience with any business I've ever had.

I am now looking at dropping a grand on brand new stock headlight housings to clean up the mess, and just putting 6k HID bulbs inside. Perhaps others have had fair products and service from this company, but this has without a doubt been the worst decision I've made for a vehicle. I doubt I'll get a refund, and like I said in the email, NO WAY am I baking them a third time to take them out and return them, especially with the adhesive clearly being seen. My advice to everyone, just go with HID bulbs, it will save you so much heartache down the road.

To me it sounds like you took on a complicated install that you weren't prepared for and want them to clean up the mess. Speaking from experience, headlight modifications aren't something you can go out and do on a whim, they require serious planning to execute properly - this is why people on this forum pay upwards of $1,000 to have similar customization done to their headlights by third party companies.
My best advice for you is to contact: ONEighty NYC
They will be able to salvage your headlights and provide you with a restoration/customization job for less than the price of buying new headlights - whether this requires paint, new this, new that, etc.
I encourage you not to follow up one mistake, with another, by adding 6k HID bulbs. I will let you take the lead on researching why that is a bad idea.
Good luck.

I had a certified tech help me who owns his own shop. He is a friend of mine. We did it together. Also, we followed the instructions exactly as described. I haven't read anything negative about 6k bulbs? I've done quite a bit of researching. Can you elaborate please? I ordered a set of GTR styled tail lights from 180, he seems busy. Sent a couple inquires about Iron Man styled lights, no replies.
