what do you think this car is worth with these mods?

I was looking at buying this car just curious what people think it's worth

I have done the full bolt on's such as Takeda intakes, Megan resonated test pipes, Invidia Gemini true dual exhaust, rear mufflers painted flat black for the more OEM look, Fortune auto coil overs, SPC front and rear camber kit, Hotchki's front and rear sways, Cusco strut bar, alpine 10 inch sub/amp. Auto kits TS style front lip. The grill, roof and bottom of the rear bumper has been professionally painted black. 35% tint all the way around. Blacked out headlights, and IPL side skirts. The car is a 2009 Pearl white G37S Coupe. Fully loaded with nav and back up camera and its a manual.

this is the ad off craigslist and sorry if this is in the wrong thread new to the website. this is the ad http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/cto/4878399137.html

Car looks great, but you're not getting $25k for it. It's a rule of thumb- the car is worth what a stock one is worth. Unless someone was planning on doing the EXACT same mods you have done. Might as well part some of it and sell it for $18k

My buddy just picked up a very clean and stock 08 G37S Coupe 6mt with fewer miles for $15k.

Your mods don't really add any resale value unless they are very valuable and rare and you have someone that wants exactly what you have. That's certainly not the case in your situation. In many cases you will get less for it. It has been modified with non OEM parts by someone with unknown mechanical skills. Part it out and take it back to OEM where possible, sell the parts and the car separately. And don't expect anywhere near $25K for a 7 year old used G37.

He will if he wants to actually sell it. Or maybe he'll find a sucker. Don't let it be you, move on to another car.

Of course I’m not a fan of most mods, but in this case some of the mods are clearly illegal (e.g. test pipes) making it a car you should avoid.

Add up the cost of those mods then subtract at least 25%...then add it back in the labor savings.

Then find out blue book value. Add them together and see where you're at.

Then, determine if those are in fact the exact mods YOU were going to put on there, or are some of them a compromise?

Any modded car is worth the stock car value plus whatever you can get by selling the mods (30-50% of their price when new) minus the price of stock parts and labor. That's what the seller can get out of it by demodding if he can't find a sucker to pay him double what the mods are worth since they are already on the car. 25k sounds way way way too high and most banks will not give you a 25k loan on a car that is worth 15-16k as far as they are concerned.
