Exclamation insurance question?

So im pretty much locked in on getting the 37s but the only thing im worried about is insurance. My parents are letting me buy it but are helping with the insurance. So I was wondering whats the average price for full coverage. im 18 only a couple tickets. if anyone can help that would be great. thanks

It's going to be high, even higher if you get a coupe. I'd call and get a quote prior to committing to the car. Good luck and welcome to the site.

Driving history, provider, where you live, and how far you drive a day are all variables in the question you asked. Being that you're young I'd guess no less than $200/mo. You can call almost any insurance provider and answer a few questions for a semi-accurate quote. G/L

I had a civic coupe when I was 16 and that insurance was around 3k with points (speeding tickets). Now, I'm 25 and live in SF which is probably one of the highest insurance cities in the country and pay around 2800 with no points, good driver discount, customer loyalty discount, and professional courtesy discount through my work. My coverage is on the higher side and again, in a really expensive area but you get the idea. Good luck!

I got my 2013 sedan a year ago at 19years old... You guys are getting some really low rates. I had my license since 16 and under my dad's insurance he's paying 230-250 (around there it's 1900-2000 per half a year with another 2010 suv not full coverage) a month for full coverage and that's with perfect record, secondary vehical (less then idk how much miles a month thing) good student and drivers ed discount... I'm in nyc though if that matters lol.

The simple truth is that nobody can tell you how much to expect to pay for car insurance because there are way too may factors involved for you to compare your rate to anyone else's. There is no "average" price. Some people will pay far less than you do and some will pay a lot more. Getting a quote is the only way to have any credible information as to how much our policy will cost.
