Hi Guys, Newb Here...From TL To G37 Coupe

Like the title says, I sold my '07 TL and got a 2010 G37 coupe white on grey, and I really love the car. It was between the 335I and the G37 couple and ultimately I chose the G37. Love the sound of it. I drive 18-20K miles a year for work in real estate, and so far it doesn't get the gas mileage I had expected, but that's alright because I really enjoy the car.

Happy to be a member. Thanks

Welcome, these cars are not known for their gas mileage and I had the same initial reaction when I bought my G. The car makes up for it in other ways!

When I first got mine, the dealer reset it... it showed 17mpg until it acclimated. Now it has leveled out right at 22mpg. Right around the same as the 335...

Yeah, I'm right at about 20mpg currently. I've noticed what sounds like a lightweight flywheel chatter with this car, even though mine is an auto. I'm gonna search the forums to check it out. I'd like to upgrade these stock 18's into the S model 19's if I can. Probably black out the emblems and do a tint soon too. Look forward to contributing and learning more about this car.

Welcome to the site, congrats on your new G.
Might be the cat heat shields, they're pretty rattle prone.

Congratulations with the purchase of your new G! How do you like the transition from the TL so far? Get back to us when you find the source of the rattling problem.

Welcome to the forums!

Regards,
Dan.
