Hi everyone! I have been lurking around for a few weeks admiring all of the clean G's on here. Seems like a great site and great community. I purchased my 2009 G37xs today and I am so happy with it already. It is grey with the ebony interior. It has the Bose system and Nav upgrade. I upgraded from a 2005 Scion xB. . . . .so when I hit the pedal on the G it is sure to surprise me for a long time, lol. Anyways, I am happy to be joining the club and looking forward to learning more about my new addiction.

Welcome! I still get the same smile when I tickle the gas pedal too! My GxS replaced an Acura TSX so I had a good bit more oomph than your bread box.

Welcome to the forum, if you've been lurking, do you have any ideas what you'd like to do as far as future modifications go, if any?

As far as future mods. . . . my xB was pretty modded (lowered, de-badged, TRD rims, HIDs, sound system, a few bolt ons etc.)

I think for the G though. . . I don't plan on doing any mods any time soon. I got the S version so I could have the sportier look (wheels, lip and spoiler) and to try and hold off the mod bug for now, lol. We will see how long that lasts though. First thing I have to do though is head to my local Infiniti dealership and grab some wheel locks. I am worried about the rims.

Thanks Gio and Nick! What do ppl normally do? Swap out the bulbs for a higher intensity? They are pretty nice stock IMO.

I went to my local Infiniti dealership yesterday to pick up the wheel locks and I asked the guy how much the First Aid Kits were. I paid for the wheel locks and then he gave me the first aid kit for free. . . . off to a cool start. . . .
