GTR (R32) parts compatible with G?

Does anyone know what parts from a GTR are interchangeable with the G37?
I noticed that Nissan keeps certain things standard but besides the Red Start button and the dome light lenses I don’t know what else is swappable. If I could I would replace my car with as much of the gtr as I possibly could

I believe the G from the GT-R bumper can be placed on our G's as well; also I think it adds some decent HP/TQ.

DUDE! You all are missing so many things can be interchanged: Valve stem covers, windshield wiper fluid, nitrogen in the tires, brake fluid, oh and the clutch.... definitely the clutch.

Ok, sifting through the charred remnants of your post, do you perhaps mean the R35 GTR? You can put an R35 start button on your G (and maybe other stuff), but you're not going to be able to swap one from an R32 because they have old-fashioned key ignitions (the last one left Nissan's assembly lines almost 2 decades ago after all).

Oh, you meant he current GTR? Of course. Most of the engine and all of the suspension components are the same between the GTR and G37. I think the transmission is pretty easily changeable too but it's not a direct fit, you'll have to get new mounts for it. Other than that it'll bolt right up.

And to think, I changed my avatar earlier today before even reading this thread. I must be psychic or something.

People have also transplanted GTR wheels, but they require some pretty aggressive fitment.
