2010 G37 Purchased!!!

Afternoon folks!!1..Just picked up a grey 2010 G37 coupe today for $25,000.00 even..I think it is the Base model as it doesn't have Nav..has 32,600 miles on it...Bought it as a daily driver to replace my '03 Acura TL Type S....well, it has a black interior w/ aluminum trim...looks like fairly new Kumho tires and it feels like it might have a new front brake job...doesn't feel quite a as taut as my '06 Cayman S, but for a daily driver, it is close enough and will keep miles off my Cayman...anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone...wish my new baby(new to me) luck!!!

Welcome to the site, congrats on the new coupe. I'd imagine it feels a bit sloppy compared to the Cayman as those are some of the most "buttoned-down" cars on the road. Shoot some pics of your coupe & your Porsche when you can

Congrats! Sounds like a good deal. I recently bought a 2010 G37X Coupe. Love the car. I had an 08 Cayman S that I loved. By far the Cayman was the best handling car I ever owned with the manual transmission so smooth. Like the power of the G in comparison as I am sure you do as well. Good luck with the car.

Well, after completing the financing today and driving it back to work, I have a few initial thoughts on this baby...I 1st took it by an Infiniti dealer here in town and verified that it is a Journey w/ the premium package installed..it had also been serviced there, so that was some good news...driving it through some light downtown Austin highway traffic, the car handled much better than my old Acura TL Type-S did and on a par with my Cayman S...granted, these were street legal speeds I was doing, but I don't get the impression that G37 coupe owners are forgoing much(if anything) vis-a-vis German sport coupes....I'm quite pleased!!!
