So I just got home with my new (to me) G37. I have been looking for literally months and just couldn't find "the one" Well this one isn't exactly what I wanted but its pretty close and I'm tired of looking. Don't get me wrong I am very happy with it and got a great deal so I just pulled the trigger. I know its nothing you all haven't seen already but I'm happy so I'm posting pics 2009 Athens Blue G37X. Premium, Navigation packages/back up camera. The sun was blazing outside so pics could be better but again nothing you all haven't seen.

Thank you very much! I do have some minor plans. I would like to do some simple exterior mods like: tint, black grill, black headlights/possibly rims and a subtle drop. I don't want it slammed but would like maybe an inch or so but I would like to keep the ride quality too. Just something clean and simple. I don't plan to really mess with the motor other than maybe intake. I have other vehicles for my need for speed. I bought the G for the look, comfort, and luxury. I really look forward to all the great people and info on this site to help me take my new G where I want it to be. I'm really interested in any info on some quality black headlights. I have seen a few threads about 180 custom if they are still around. I don't need the best of the best but at the same time I don't mind spending a little extra to get that quality piece whatever it may be (suspension/lights ect ) I have a lot to learn and this is a great place to start. I am open to any and all suggestions and if anyone needs me I'll be lurking on this site and reading/learning as much as I can.

 

If you don't mind getting a little dirty, the headlights aren't too bad to DIY, just time consuming. Not really something I want to have to do again but it only takes once. Just be sure to use the butyl tape to reseal them so you won't have to do it twice

As far as wheels be sure to check out the used marketplace here & G35DRIVER.COM - INFINITI G35 (SKYLINE) FORUMS, GALLERY, CHAT, AND MORE. you can often find coupe 19s for a nice deal along w/ many other nice sets, often for a fraction of going new.

Thank you all!! I am very excited! I spent about an hour last night just sitting in her and reading the manual, learning what everything does while recording CDs to the hard drive This will be replacing my DD (97 Prelude lol) I told myself I have enough toys and I'm tired of always have a POS for a DD and at this point in my life I want to enjoy things and......DAMN I am loving the G!
