Hey Everyone

Hey,

Just Picked up a Blue Slate 2009 G37x Coupe Auto with 16500 miles

Came from a Lake Shore 05 G35 Sport Coupe 6 Speed 101350 miles.

Gotta get use to the Auto part.. But over all Happy so far..

Congratulations on the new G!

I also have an 09 blue slate g37x... lovin it! Also came from a manual...The auto is still fun, just make sure your tranny software is up to date

Well this car has sat at an Acura lot for over 3 months.. What do i look for.. to tell infiniti for a software update?

If you notice hard downshifts or lag you can get the TSB, should be free since your still under warranty. Check on the TSB section of this forum, covers all 7AT's I believe... There's a chance your car already had it applied if you haven't noticed it yet, I noticed it on the drive home from the dealer.

Try getting up to around 25-30 mph and just letting off the gas, if the car jerks and slows down quickly you need the update.

oh is that what that is. when i slow down it jerks when i slow down to take a turn... dang.. the closest infiniti is 100 miles way... till feb when they make a new one in Reno... Thanks ill get it done asap..

I got a 2012 G37xS fully loaded Blue Slate - I ordered it not seeing it and boy was I surprised I thought it would be like a Deep Blue lol, not that I dont like it but I am happy I flip my cars every 12-14 months and next car I get will be a deep blue one - blue slate looks like gray...

Thanks Everyone!

@lions ya i thought my car was gray also but then i looked at it its a darker blue.. kind of shifts colors i like it.
