Three questions... modification.

Ok so first and foremost, I am new to owning my 2008 g37s, and I am in love as I was when I had my 350z!

So first...
My birthday IS coming up soon and my husband wants to know what to get me for it. Since I am the car person in the family I of course want to modify my vehicle.

Problem is I don't want to do it half heartedly or void any warranties. Well the warranties till they expire, and of course on a budget. Looking at mods under $200, which is amazingly difficult for this beast.

I have always been a car person, and am at a loss as to what would be a good idea, and it has been so many years I have been out of the loop I just want QUALITY. Also Before I lower her etc I would like to start by enhancing her performance, and handling.

Any ideas?

Thank you all in advance. I am sure you'll see my face often on the forums. <3

Welcome aboard!

In all honesty, it might be hard to enhance performance/handling for under $200. Even lowering springs will run you a bit more than $200 but then you'll end up spending as much on labor, unless you plan on installing them yourself.

if you have an auto you can switch the shift direction on the manual mode.

$200 is not even enough for your lowering springs.

Welcome to the forum.

There's not anything you can modify for $200 to aid performance. There are some cosmetic mods, but nothing that will give you performance for that price.

One of the best handling mods are stiffer sway bars. Brand new they'll run $300-$400 or so depending on which you get but they make a real difference in handling.

OT, but where do you hail from referring to what is commonly called a hood in the US as a bonnet?
