New G37XS
For the wife ....... it was time for her to get a new ride, since we bought her Pathfinder in 02, I've bought an 03 Silverado, 66 Chevelle SS, a 69 Chevelle SS, 07 Stang, 86 K5 Blazer, 97 Tahoe 2dr sport and a 2010 Camaro SS...so yes it was her turn!!!
Basically since 1985 she's been driving an SUV, a couple S10 Blazers and the last two being Pathfinders, a 92 & the 02, we got 10 yrs and a couple hundred K on the odometers on each of the Pathfinders without any major repairs, so when we decided it was time for something new it was a no brainer to stick with a Nissan product.
With no young kids anymore and our fetish for sporty cars I knew where to go, she liked the Maxima...but I was having none of that, after all I sold the 2010 Camaro so we could get this car...(something had to go & it wasn't going to be one of the Chevelles)
Soooo, after convincing her we only needed 2 doors and pondering between, the G37, S5 and CTS V Coupe, all it took was one test drive in this car & she was sold .
Next was the color & packages, ok , the X pkg, no brainer, black is sweet, but a bitch to maintain, and this being a 9-10 month a year DD(we kept the Pathfinder for the salty months) it would show it's wear, the greys,charcoal,silvers...well let's just say everyone makes those, just about every other Mercedes,BMW&Audi around here is grey.......but Lapis Blue , don't see those often...tack on the stone interior, the Sport pkg and sport muffler....you got yourself something special!!!!
Anyway, enough of the rambling, here's what you guys really want to see!!!

Congrats!!
I would have never imagined the blue to look that good. I have a Malbec Black one and I love it because depending on the time of day is constantly looks different (also depending on what angle the light shines on it) and I see VERY few on the streets (surprisingly enough).
But that looks great. I'm positive both of you will enjoy it!!

Congrats and the more I see this color the more I am falling for it! Originally I wanted the Moonlight White and after weeks of searching the dealer couldn't get it however they just found me the Lapis Blue with Graphite interior and I said why not its a 2 year lease and less of this color on the road.
Enjoy your ride and when I get mine I will be sure to post pics!
